Starbucks C.A.F.E. Practices Training - Day 2
After a night of torrential down-pouring rain, we are back at The Grogan House within The Karen Blixen Coffee Garden and Cottages. Today's C.A.F.E. Practices training focused on coffee growing and processing as well as best practices related to supplier communication. The activities (case studies) are great opportunities to work together to identify how the program indicators are evaluated along with time to clarify based on evidence presented.
